How to Send an E-flyer

Login

• Visit eflyer.thereallygoodhostingcompany.com and login

Adding Data

• Hover over Manage Contacts > Select Add/Import Contacts
• Copy email addresses to be added
• Paste into middle field “Paste Contacts:”
• Select the Group the data should be added to or add a new group
• Press Import

NOTE: You can upload excel text or CSV databases using the File Upload Option.

How to Send an E-flyer

• Hover mouse over send and select “compose newsletter”
• Select “Send as test message”
• Format select “I’ll paste HTML code….”
• Delivery Time – Standard “right away”
• Reporting – Select “open rate” and “Click through rate”
• Press Next
• From : Select Sender (Add/Edit New “From” if required)
• Subject: Add Message Subject
• Graphical HTML Version – Paste the content received from the designer
• Alternative Text Version – For image based e-flyers a text version must also be completed with the full email offer explained.
• Press Next
• Select Group e-flyer should be sent too
• Press Next
• Check all information is correct including From and Subject.
• Press Send

NOTE: if you leave the e-flyer as you are preparing, select SAVE AS DRAFT. This can then be found under Send > Drafts
